This old-style shoulder patch from the National City Police Department has navy lettering and border on a gold background. It is 3½" across x 4" tall and is unused but may show minor signs of storage. This style is no longer used by the National City police department and was replaced by a larger-size patch with a similar design, adding the great seal of California in the center.
