There are 104 NATURAL white Diamonds and 6 Natural Blue Sapphire stones (the Sapphires are each 3 mm wide) All the stones have been tested and are all natural earth mined stones. This ring is in a size 7 1/2 but we do have other sizes available. The band is 10mm wide and is simply stunning. The photos really do not do this piece justice.
