Never been opened and the seals are still attached as they should be. The box has some wear from being on the store shelves. Box does have some edgewear and other wear. There is a rip on the top of the box that sticks up (see pics). Also has some a sticky residue on the bottom of the box (see pics). The peg hook holder does have some creasing. The figure measures about 7" tall. The figure is Broadway from the cartoon Gargoyles. This figure would be a great addition to any collection!!!
