Field tested and proven we offer a 12 year Limited Warranty. This 8ft mill capitalizes on the best aspects of the original Chicago A702 and upgrades the flawed aspects of the original design. Each mill is hand assembled by a single production expert to insure proper fit throughout. He starts with a replica 702 case from a USA foundry. No inferior Mexican cast in these mills. Each mill comes standard with hot dipped galvanized wheel, vane, stem, & bonnet including "timeable" spokes at no extra charge. We do not use flash galvanized sheet metal like others. Our Hubs are the solid design eliminating breakage at the old style open rings. Each hub is pressed on to its premium grade steel shaft eliminating the ugly bulbus weld you commonly see on other inferior designed mills. Buffers are now a fully reinforced solid design, and worn out cast iron pockets on the 786 & 585 are a thing of the past eliminating the eventual need for extended 528's to brake your mill. Our mast pipe and base are upgraded to eliminate brittle cast iron and our redesigned pump rod is the strongest on the market. Bushings are babbitt which have proven superior to the man made Garlock style used by others as they don't seem to fair well in dusty wind / oil conditions. Hot Dipped Galvanized Wheels are available in pre-assembled 3 sail sections or as individual components you can assemble. Our vanes are unlogoed. No stub tower is included with this mill but we will add a new one w/ collar bolt set and assembly guide for $99 (as a custom ebay listing) if you decide you need one.
