Description: This is our "Baby Brother" mini size manual belt driven drum carder. It includes the brush attachment, clamp and doffer. Our Baby Brother drum carder produces an ultra thick 5x22'' batt and is excellent for creating roving and fun art batts. Has extra long 5/8" long teeth which are made of a hardened and highly tempered steel wire that is remarkable for its longevity and uniformity. They come in only one type of cloth. It is 72 tpi roving cloth. It has a 5:1 ratio. Same design as our standard carder. It is very light, weighing just under 7 pounds and the frame is 18" inches long, height is 9" tall and 8" wide minus the handle which adds 4". Built from unfinished hemlock wood. A finish may be easily added. Very easy and convenient to carry around. Fully adjustable drums. Comes completely assembled. Includes instruction manual. Comes with a limited lifetime warranty as with all our carders.
