I purchased three of these playsets right when they were released, directly from Palisade's distributors back in 2004, and two were still sealed in the original case. (See photo) I have just taken the case out of storage and opened it, so the playset box is in super clean condition... case fresh, literally. The only damage I can find is a small nick in the edge of the clear window, a small crease in the top and a couple rubs on the left side. I included close-ups of the areas. This playset is rare, especially in this condition. Please check out all my pictures for condition. These are photos of the ACTUAL ITEM you are purchasing.
