It has the screw height adjustment holes so you can use Lollar P90 Melody Maker pickup in it, which absolutely kick ass! Some '68's had the slimmer headstock and these will fit those, but these have the smaller space between the end of the neck and the neck pickup. This specific guard has the screw height adjustment holes that make it compatible with the Lollar Melody Maker P90's. It will also fit Gibson and some other brands P90's but only without the plastic covers. The bridge pickup fits perfectly, no routing needed.
