Has raised grill moldings at the base of the pan that allows for grill marks and dripping run-off. Features pre-seasoned interior, and glossy powder coated blue-gray enamel exterior. Handcrafted construction. Cast iron cookware gets much hotter and great for searing meats, braising vegetables or bacon. This is a heavy pan (about 6+ lbs) so if you're looking for lightweight cookware, I have different types also for sale.
