As pictured, a new old stock trailer hitch receiver cover. I believe it's made from ABS plastic. The face measures about 6" x 3-1/2". The shaft is about 3-1/4" deep x 2" wide/tall. Made by Concord Industries. This has been sitting stored for a while, and may be a little dusty or show other signs of light wear.
