One of the skinny sides reads in part "THE STORY OF THE BLUE BOX: The first JNF collection box was actually Theodor Herzl's hat. At the Fifth Zionist Congress in 1901, Herzl removed his hat and asked delegates for donations to purchase land in Eretz Israel to reestablish a Jewish homeland. For many the Blue Box is an integral part of memories. More than a century after its creation, it remains a powerful symbol of the link between Diaspora Jewry and the People of Israel". 2) NEW Green Baseball Hat. This adjustable one-size-fits-all adult has a metal clasp on the back for adjusting the size. The front has the 3-letter initial for the JNF (KKL) in Hebrew “קק״ל" which stands for "קרן קיימת לישראל". 3) New Jewish National Fund Key Chain in the shape of a JNF "Tzedakah Box". This also comes with a new cloth bag. The front of the keychain is meant to look like a JNF Tzedakah box and pictures the map of Israel with a few city names in Hebrew such as Haifa, Jerusalem and Tel Aviv. It also says in Hebrew "קרן קיימת לישראל " and in English "KKL-JNF". The back side pictures an Israeli flag with the Star of David. The tzedakah box part of the keychain measures 1 1/2" x 1/2".
