If so, you probably over-supinate. Or you can try this: wet your foot and stand on a piece of paper. If your feet are normal, you should see a forefoot and heel mark and a connecting line that is about 1/2 the width of your foot. If you see a narrower line, or even no connecting line, then your foot over-supinates.
