Description: The book is in good condition. The front and back cover are a tad loose. It is very mild, but I did want to mention it. There is some very mild staining in the back (see pics). Sadly, on page is ripped and part of it is missing (see pics). Please see all photos for addition info. on condition. I looked through the books. The text is clean.
