This is one of the most beautiful items from Chico's that I have ever seen. The lace is very heavy almost like cotton lace that one would see on vintage clothes although it is poly lace. The style is a trench coat style with epaulets on the shoulders, silver-tone buttons along with a flap in the back like a trench coat along with gun flaps on the front bodice and a back yolk. This long jacket or coat is meant to be worn over a dress or slacks or jeans like a clutch coat. It does, however, have a belt that comes with the coat and loops on the side to pull it closed if you wish. I think it is the prettiest when worn over a dress or slacks without the belt so it will flow when you walk. There are 2 large pockets on the front. And the best part is that it is washable!It looks great with jeans and a turtleneck, slacks or a dress. Perfect to wear over a black or ivory dress when you are a guest at a wedding, a cruise, a special evening out or another dressy function. By: Chico's.
