It is in used - but very good condition with some signs of normal wear, some minor dents, and no rust. The tin is 1-1/4” deep, 11-5/8” in diameter at the rim, and 9" diameter at the base. You will receive it exactly as shown in the photos. Please take a close look at all the photos for details on visible areas of wear and usage. The pie pan boasts an embossed logo from the NYAC featuring a winged foot of Mercury in the center of its base - recognized throughout the world as being synonymous with excellence. The club was established in the 1868 to promote the development of sports in the United States, and the historic building still stands on the southern border of Central Park in New York City. It had a prestigious restaurant known for their large pies - where this item originated. The club is still in business today - known as "The Most Celebrated Athletic Club in the USA". This is a RARE and interesting collectible, in extraordinary condition for it's age and relative to most other examples found on the internet. In fact, it could still be perfectly usable if you were so inclined.
