This was before the Penn Central merger, which occurred on February 1, 1968. All are in 3 complete sets with clearance cards attached. These are bona-fide NYC orders before the Penn Central merger. All are copied on New York Central System Form 19 flimsy forms. All are very well-preserved. Very nice items that are obsolete and no longer used by any Railroad. S&H $4.00.
