Description: Vintage NewTech Personal Compact Disc Player Model DM-1002 Owner's Manual Description Up for sale is a vintage NewTech Personal Compact Disc Player Model DM-1002 Owner's Manual which also has a limited warranty/warranty record/mailer fold out included along with it. This manual pertained to an old compact/portable CD player that was picked up either back in the late nineties or early 2000's... I can't really recall. But at any rate, that compact player just up and died on me one day and I threw it out and all that remained of it was this manual that I found stored in a magazine rack that was sitting on a shelf for the past few decades collecting quite a bit of dust on it. The manual was cleaned up for the purpose of sale, but still exhibits some major foxing (i.e. yellowing/spotting) on it which was most likely brought about from general age and storage. The yellowing on it kind of looks like a suntan caused by the magazine rack's plastic mesh. Aside from the yellowing the manual also exhibits some crease marks along its folds and the NewTech limited warranty (which seems to have never been filled out) also exhibits a touch of yellowing on it as well. Despite of the wear on this printed documentation, I figure it might still be collectible to anyone that's into consumer electronic manuals and what have you; hence the reason why I'm pricing it to move, so please be sure to get in on this deal while it still lasts, for my loss is your gain as they say in the trade.
