The reason I listed as used and not new is that the exterior box isn't sealed Please keep in mind this toy playset is now 20 years old. The condition of the exterior box is in line with its age. This is my toy from when I was a child. I got it as a present Christmas 2004, and it's moved around with me over the years it's brand new, and I've never played with it. The box is just open from Christmas day many years ago. Everything inside is sealed from the manufacturer (view listing pictures). Box is crushed in the back with no damage to playset (view listing pictures). The playset is complete, including original instructions sealed and never opened (view listing pictures).
