It is in very good condition and has been nicely framed in a lovely wooden frame with a muted matte that really brings out the colors in the painting. There is a signature on the painting, L. Kelley, and I am unsure of the painting's age. The painting is a colorful, realistic seascape. The frame is also in very good condition, with only a few very light surface scratches to the finish, and there is no glass in the frame. The piece was professionally framed, and the paper backing is very torn and coming off. The entire piece is 30.5” top to bottom, and 42” side to side.
