Description: Nice UN-restored Browne # 3 saw with split nuts; 16";company bought by Disston 1860 - From my limited research using Google and some saw websites, it appears that Browne was purchased by Disston around 1860+/-- Please examine all the photos. The only flaw that I detect is a small clipping (tooth missing) on the very front edge.- Saw is straight, handle is great - if you examine closely, the Warranted Superior medallion is of a very early design;look where the bottom right arrow points too and the long feathers not going lower than the S & R
