This is a Nikkormat (Nikon) FTN with the original brown leather carrying case, the lens cap, the original lens, and the instruction book complete with Nikon paperwork outlining their lenses and their uses. The case is not so pretty... but the camera is in great condition, and to the best of my knowledge it works.
