Booklet(1) - Poster with setup guide on reverse(1) - Original Box with original styrofoam Box does show some shelf wear, but it is surprisingly good, considering how old it is.Some creases and various dings/marks throughout the box. The console only show minor wear and was clearly well cared for.Color is even throughout the console and you don't see any discoloration/fading.A couple of small black scuffs and minor scratches from normal use.No heavy wear or cracks present.The console does work properly, you just need to get a video cable for it. The connectors on both controllers were chewed on by a puppy.Puppy left some teeth marks, but the connectors still plug in securely and both of the controllers work well. The included game was also tested and it works great.The TV is not included, I just wanted to show that the console/game work properly.Please note that video cable is not included, we used one from our test bench to test the system.
