Description: Nippon Morimura Hand Painted Egyptian Revival Cobalt Orange & Gold Footed Bowl Nice antique six sided Japanese porcelain bowl with three cabriolet legs. Decorated in the Egyptian Revival style in gold, cobalt, and shades of orange and brown. With gold beading along the edge. Marked on the bottom Hand Painted M Nippon with a wreath. This mark was used by the Morimura Brothers in Nippon (Japan) between 1911 and 1921. Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition. Measures approximately 7 inches wide x 3 3/8 inches tall. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece. BW (GB)
