Description: Pre-owned in original vintage box, Noma twinkle lights-20 light multiple set with transformer. These do work as can be seen in the photo. The photo where the lights are on is a video where they are actively twinkling so some lights appear off, but they do all still function. Someone has put electrical tape on the main cord as can be seen in the photo-lights still function in spite of this. This is a vintage, old used item, wear is commensurate with this fact.
