Our honey comes in 1.5-pound pint mason jars which are all bottled and labeled by hand. Wildflower Honey is simply wonderful. Our honey is never pasteurized. Instead, we remove the frames of honey from the hives, uncap the cured honeycomb cells, and extract the honey. It is then gravity feed through a 400-micron filter that removes larger wax particles, but the bottled honey retains all the natural pollen and amino acids that make local honey so good for you.
