NOS G&S Warptail 2- NOT REISSUE! Old School skateboard RARE #5 unused! Sims rare

Description: Here we have a 26.5" x 7" G&S ORIGINAL (NOT REISSUED) Warptail 2 from 1978-1979. Stacy Peralta made this board quite famous at local contests I would attend (Montebello, Upland, Marina Del Rey, Del Mar Skate Ranch). This deck has light discoloration and has light scratches. The deck has never been used and has never been mounted with trucks. There is some white paint on nose of the bottom of the deck which I tried to get in the pictures. I am sure it could be sanded off with fine grit paper by hand, but will let the next owner handle this.About me: I grew up skating the pools, ramps and schools all over Santa Monica in the 1970's (1972-1980). The Dogtown crew was a major influence, and I was fortunate to see all of them in action throughout my teenage years. I have sought out skateboards for my collection that had the most impact on me. The provenance and authenticity of my collection is without question.About my collection and other lots on eBay for sale: I am peeling out of some of my 30 year old collection. I spent over seven years in earnest to build this collection, but many of the boards I purchased in my 20's and 30's. I am now approaching 60. None of my decks/ boards have been seen for sale on eBay or any other site for a minimum of 25 years. All of these boards and decks have been on display or storage. No complete boards or decks have seen daylight since acquisition. Storage scuffs, blemishes or other abrasion occurred before purchase.Please feel free to fire off any questions.
