Description: NOS Hyundai ImageQuest V770+ CRT VGA monitor 17" 1280x1024 60HZ Vintage Only recently (October 1st, 2024) opened to verify/inspect contents and removed for photos. The base is yellowed compared to the monitor. The original power cord is included and never opened. Overall, the monitor is in near perfect looking condition except that there are some very minor scuff marks that I couldn't quite capture with the camera. Also, it looks like there are seams where I assume it was separate pieces put together that is raised and along the top corners, but without closer inspection, the shadows that the raised seams cause can look like pencil marks or scuffs. I encountered this crt at an estate sale where the owner insisted on opening it right in front of me before I had a chance to ask them not to, but they were pretty insistent on opening the box (amongst hoards of other nos vintage electronics they had) to make sure it was as it appeared. The box will be bubble wrapped (w/the larger style bubbles) and placed into a larger box several inches bigger, screen side down, with as much extra packing material as will fit to avoid shifting or bouncing around. A couple years ago, I stumbled across about 2 dozen Gateway crt monitors in their original boxes, and from those, I gained enough experience double-boxing, packing, and shipping them, that I feel very comfortable with my process of packing crts to survive the shipping process. Calculated shipping can sometimes too far overestimate the actual costs, (especially for heavier and/or larger packages such as this one) particularly when you are farther from me (central Florida). If you feel like the estimated shipping cost is too much, please either let me know what it's quoting you and your zip code, or mention it in your offer, and I'll check if I can get it lower. If it's much more than a 10% difference, I would refund the difference, less 10% for materials, fees, etc.
