Description: New Old Stock New in the box ( the box is slightly torn from openeing and has the Lee Valley part number written on it in marker) Lee Valley Tools VERITAS TOOLS double walled stainless mug. This mug was sold several decades ago by Lee Valley and was very popular in work shops as they weren't supposed to leave a condensation ring (this was an important selling feature for use in a shop environment with many cast iron surfaces!) due to the double wall construction. I have not tried them myseld so i cant say for sure. I also recall that they were not for use in dish washers. The exterior is fully polished Stainless steel with Veritas Innovation in Tools etched on it. The stainless appears to have a gray smudged appearance but it is actually highly polished with my fingerprints on it. A must have for the Lee Valley or Veritas Collector.
