Doesn’t smell like a basement or cigarettes. The box has some crushing and the sticker on it is in really nice condition. Please see photos for further detail to see flaws. The back I’m guessing had some sort of water damaged as you can see. It does come with a correct nes USA- 1 manual and Nintendo branded sleeve and foam. The manual has wear but it isn’t bad overall. Pages inside are pretty good. This is definitely a great addition to make your loose copy of Mario 3 to your collection and to add value overall.
