Description: My air stapler would fire, but the piston would not retract anymore. I found no sign of the nozzle but my stapler used to work fine so it must have been there. I'm not sure what it was made of but it had complete disintegrated. Harbor Freight doesn't sell this part so I ended up making one from plastic. It is a tight fit around the metal staple driver. Use a candle/lighter/match to heat up the very end of the staple driver and the nozzle will slide on for a close fit. The nozzle is shown in the diagram as number 20. Some other similar air staplers sold by Harbor Freight call this piece a gasket. This may fit other brands or sizes of staplers. If I hear of any others that fit I'll update the description. You can send me pictures of your stapler and I may be able to make one to fit. My air stapler is working fine once again with this piece installed.
