Description: This is a very special new Coach bag, the Dakota Whiplash fringed shoulder bag in the color red currant. The hardware is in gunmetal. The attention to detail is fabulous- the whip stitching, the woven chain, the fringe, the tiny studs on the fringe. It is a boho chic bag reminiscent of the 1960's, with a modern update. The front of the bag has the whip stitching with gun metal link chain woven through it. In the center toward the bottom is the classic Coach turn lock in gunmetal finish in a large horizontal oval. The Coach horse and stage coach is above it. From one side, there are five hanging pieces- two black feathers, a longer one, about 5 inches with silver tiny studs and a 3 inch shorter metal one, and oval black piece with a stage coach on it, and two plain red leather hang tags, the larger about 3 inches and the smaller about 2.5 inches. The side fringe in red leather is about 10.5 inches long, with tiny silver studs toward the bottom of the fringe. There is a leather strap of varying lengths, 18-20 inches, and 1 and 5/8th inches at the widest to . 75 at the narrowest. with adjustments on the buckle. The back of the bag has no fringe, just the braided chain.When you lift the front flap, there is an expandable pocket about 8 inches long. The inside of the flap is sueded leather. The inside lining is fabric. There is a zippered pocket with leather pull on the back wall with the Coach authentication leather tag under it. The front wall has a large pocket divided by a snap closure into 2 pockets with leather trim at the top. There's a black leather dog eared clip attached to the right side wall for a key ring.The bag comes with its signature dust cover. MSRP $725 plus tax.
