Description: Up for sale is a pumpkin dog Halloween costume in size XS. It comes with a matching hat. One of the nice things about it is that it has velcro straps and goes on like a coat, making for easy-on/easy-off. According to the tag, it says that you should measure from the base of the neck to the base of the tail to determine size. It says that it fits a length of 9-11” (please see picture).
