NWT SHANI Black Silk Flaring A-line Dance Skirt 4 Cocktails? Wedding?

Description: Classic flaring A-line dance skirt. "Hidden" side zip. The fabric is two layers of silk chiffon over a taffeta-like lining. The label says 100% silk, so I assume that means all the layers. The color is true black. Please make allowances for differences in the color display on different computer monitors. I try to describe the item and color to the best of my ability, but such are my photography skills. Good for cocktails, weddings, and general twirling around? I forget where I purchased this skirt, but likely Saks or Neiman-Marcus - those are my happy hunting grounds. Brand: SHANI. Made in USA. Size on the label: 4, but please see measurements below for best fit guide. Material: 100% silk. Dry clean only. Quality: excellent previously owned condition. No stains, tears, weird smells, etc. It has been carefully stored in a smoke-free, pet-free home. I've recently retied, and continue to do a Kondo-style clean-out, and I've (ahem) grown a bit. Otherwise, I'd keep it. MEASUREMENTS: these are the measurements of the actual garment, measured with the garment laying flat, i.e. double for bust, waist, hips. It is best to compare to a garment that fits you well of a similar fabric and style.
