Description: This auction includes one (1) O Gauge Lehigh Valley 44 ton Diesel Switcher Loco #627 by Lionel. It comes factory decorated in red and black with white lettering. It carries number 627. The shell is made of plastic and the frame is pressed metal. It is equipped with automatic knuckle couplers. The item is powered via a standard Lionel mechanism (motor is mounted on one truck, and the wheels on that truck are geared.) It comes assembled however we have been unable to get the engine to operate very well. It is very sluggish. The engine has sat in storage for many years and the grease in the gearbox may have congealed. It is sold AS IS!!!!
