Description: This listing is for an original equipment complete FRONT PASSENGER'S SIDE (RIGHT) composite headlight assembly removed from a 2008 Volvo S40 2.4i. This style headlight assembly was used on 2008-2011 Volvo S40, and 2008-2011 Volvo V50 models that use halogen lighting technology ONLY. If your vehicle has LED/HID/BI-XENON lighting technology, this is NOT the style that you need. The donor vehicle was recently acquired by a local salvage yard with a BLOWN MOTOR and was not involved in a collision prior to removal of the assembly. There is a small hairline crack in the lens that is shown in the close-up photo provided. In addition, there are a few light scratches and scuffs on the lens, but it is complete and in working order. The lens itself is clear with little to no hazing. I have attempted to highlight any visible imperfections (if any) in the close-up photos provided. LQQK CLOSELY!!! The wiring on this style headlamp assembly is known to be problematic. Fortunately, this particular example does not have any of the exposed wiring issues and the unit HAS BEEN TESTED for functionality. Everything works as intended and no dash/warning lights illuminate when the assembly is plugged in. NO DEALER PROGRAMMING REQUIRED WITH THIS STYLE HEADLIGHT!!! Being a used item, this assembly should NOT be purchased for use on a pristine, show quality vehicle, but rather a daily driver quality vehicle in need of a decent and affordable replacement (MSRP for this item is currently $534.91).
