Air filter elements should be cleaned / replaced as recommended by the engine manufacturer.3) Clean the inlet &Exhaust Lines leading from & to the Turbo.4) Replace the engine oil and oil filter, if necessary (adhere to engine manufacturers recommendation for correct grade and change periodicity.5)Clean the intercooler.6)Clean the EGR Valve.7)Ensure that there is no back compression in the engine .DO NOT ACCELERATE THE ENGINE IMMEDIATELY AFTER START .Accelerating the engine immediately after start can make the TC to operate at very high speeds with inadequate lubrication which will lead to reduce TC service life.Engine should not be put under full load immediately after start, it should run at idling speed for a minimum time (5-10 Minutes) .Return are Accepted for Manufacturing Defect, Pls check listing details or feel free to seek dimensions, lets work on 1st time right.ShipmentsWe do ship the items worldwide and it will take 7-8 days to reach final destination.
