Shirt Tails was a 1980's Saturday morning cartoon series by Hanna-Barbara. The top was made by Ohio Art in the USA and has Hallmark Cards, Inc 1980, 1981, 1982 marked on the outer ring just above the larger "Ohio Art" that appears there. The top cranks and spins very well, but the bottom plastic part that holds the top up, is broken. (Please see photos). The inside of the top has accumulated dirt that needs to be removed.
