Description: This is an old-fashioned analog laboratory balance scale. It comes in the sturdy protective case as shown, and it opens up with the sample scale on one side and the other side is where you put the calibrated weights. There is a bubble window for leveling, and the feet have adjustable screws. There are holes for several vials in front, though I'm not sure why. I also don't know the manufacturer of the scale. But it feels like it's probably 1950s or 1960s vintage.
