VINTAGE ADVERTISING LUTZ BROTHER'S PICKLE PRESERVES GLASS PAPER WEIGHT Dimensions; 4" x 2 1/4" x 7/8" Description; All glass advertising paper weight. The weight is rectangular in shape with rolled top edges. The paper weight is an advertising piece for the "Lutz Bros. Manufacturers of Pickles Preserves etc., Purity Quality." The weight features 2 pictures of the Lutz Bros company's plants. Under one picture it is marked "Office Works-Allegheny, Pa" and the other "Works at Bennett, Pa." The glass weight is a hefty piece of glass. This is not a photo picture glued under a glass paperweight but is somehow a transferred picture on to white glass that is factory sealed. Nice early engaging advertising paperweight. Condition; The paper weight is in used condition there are some slight scratches on the face but nothing deep and t are some deep chips in the glass. On Back is a decent size nick at the top edge on the bottom right size corner approximately 1/4' long.
