It measures 10 & 1/4 by 8 inches. Inside, there are several ads for Tulsa, Oklahoma area businesses, various political candidates (1940 was an election year), and the program featuring music, songs, speeches and of course the fireworks display. It only consists of a few pages. (All pages are pictured above.) The program is printed on thin paper, but has survived very nicely, with only minor wear.
