Diego Arias de Monroy, Commissioner of the Brotherhood of Saint Anne’s Hospital, made a valuation of the hospital on November 15, 1607. This specific manuscript regards a case between Juan Marnnes over Pedro Gorales during the valuation at the hospital of St Ana in Peru on December 8, 1607. This remarkable manuscript contains 19 pages of content and many signatures. Condition Note: The manuscript is in good condition, partially loose binding but in tact. Some of the writing is smeared, foxing and light browning throughout as well as small worming traces. 19 pages (13 sheets). 12” inches in length, 9” in width.
