I have not listed many books so please if you have any questions at all please ask. I am rating it as “Fine” based on what I read and I was told it is very collectable. But if you question my rating please contact me for more information. My stepson was a very religious person and had this book in his Christianity collection. He had this book for stored for many years wrapped in a cloth. He had no pets and did not smoke. It is signed by Father Ian Elliott Davies.
