It is marked SILVER and what looks like HIRST with a few letters I cannot make out and PATENT. It measures approx 1 inch wide. The inside circumference measures approx 6-⅜ inches. It has surface wear and tarnish and some small dents and dings on the back. It opens and closes properly - it has a spring on the hinge to help keep it closed. It weighs 32.0 grams.
