Description: Excellent condition Lettera 32 from 1975. Very good example of the later years of the iconic Lettera 32. Sadly, this machine did not come to me with a case, so local pickup is preferred. If you require shipping, I can do that and I will carefully double-bubble and double-box, but shipping a machine without it's case is risky. The typewriter nerds here at Odd Birds Typorium have given this machine a complete service. The exterior shell was removed and all dust, old eraser shavings and other debris were carefully blown out with compressed air. All old lubricants were gently flushed with solvents. Type slugs were brushed and all caked-on gunk was removed, letter by letter, with precision dental tools. Critical areas like the segment, typebars, platen rollers and were given special attention. Important moving parts were lightly and sparingly lubricated only where necessary with the lightest grade oil available. Every function has been tested, and adjustments were made to get the type into alignment and the carriage operating as smoothly as possible.
