Upon inspection, we did not notice any cracks or breaks. This unit is clean for its age. All of the shafts spin as they should. The mount on this are good as well! This set up does come with the lift pump. The paint is worn and chipping away, but that is only cosmetic and will not affect the use of this housing. The gear teeth are in good condition. There is some minor surface rust on the shaft. There are no cracks or breaks. This will come exactly as pictured! This will make a good replacement part for your motor.
