Description: One New Toshiba BA2169B 23.5-26.5GHz Class (A) RF power amplifier 36dBg 1W out One new-old-stock Toshiba BA2169B with a frequency range of 23.5-26.5GHz, Class (A) R.F. power amplifier with 36dB gain and 1W out. Required supply voltages for 27dBm out are -2.0V which must be applied first and +5.0V @ .75A. Required supply voltages for 30dBm out are -1.7V which must be applied first and +6.0V @ 1.3A.
