The B-hyve Smart Gen 2 Hub works with the original B-hyve Smart Flood Sensors and B-hyve Smart Gen 2 Hose Faucet Sprinkler Timers, as shown in the compatibility image. It is engineered for indoor installation. It has a 110 VAC power supply and a combination of Wi-Fi and Bluetooth radios. The Wi-Fi radio connects to your home’s 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi router, and the Bluetooth radio connects to one or many B-hyve flood sensors and 2nd generation smart hose faucet timers. The Bluetooth radio in the B-hyve Smart Gen 2 Hub makes it simple to pair to a smartphone. Depending on the type of home construction, range from flood sensor or timer to B-hyve Smart Gen 2 Hub may be between 50 to 150 feet. You can add additional B-hyve Smart Gen 2 Hubs for larger homes. For B-hyve Smart Gen 1 Hose Faucet Timers use the B-hyve Smart Gen 1 Hub. The B-hyve App is available on iOS or Android through the App Store or the Google Play Store.
