She was living in Los Angeles in 1940, and active in Nevada and Southern California during the 1940's. Remarried in 1955. Her work includes miniatures and floral still lives. She signed her painting with her pseudonym Mimi Joy and is in its original frame, which shows some wear. This is one of her beautiful pieces of pastel flowers.
