Description: This is an original 2-3/8" barrel for a Colt open top revolver made in the 1870's. Some of the nickel is flaking off the muzzle but most is intact. The bore looks decent but does have a few specks of pits, excellent rifling. The lettering says COLT'S PT. F. A. MFG. CO. HARTFORD,CT.U.S.A.
