Description: Gorgeous 1927 map of Paris by the artist Ilona Karasz and published by the Washington Square Bookshop. Colors are vivid and bright with the streets done in gold. There is some wear to this hard-to-find map — most strikingly a tear in the lower left corner. There is wear along crease marks with flat tears where the creases meet edges of the map and one flat tear on an interior crease. I see seven holes where the crease marks meet, most wouldn’t be noticeable with framing. There are two small holes on white part of upper right corner and some wear at edges.
