Description: Catherine Eaton was a Nationally recognized water colorist,exhibiting work w/ the American Watercolor Society at the National Academy Galleries, N.Y.,Audubon Artists, N.Y.,The National Arts Club, N.Y.The Pennsylvania Academy, Exhibition of Western Arts,Denver,C.O. and the San Francisco Museum of Art between 1948-1953 during which she received awards and honors. She was also a well know concert violinist,having made appearances in concerts and recitals in the California Bay Area. painting is 26" long X 20" tall it is on very heavy stiff watercolor paper. this painting is an original and is signed Catherine Eaton this is double sided,signed on 1st side,it does have a paint drip or 2 on it that i can show further pictures if requested ,other side is signed w/ her later married name(in addition).the painting is of lesser quality,so it is not shown in photographs.please request a picture of it should you want it
